Is there a way I can use a 3rd party embedded form but apply a popup widget to it?

I just created a landing page and I wanted to have people sign up for my text message marketing CTA instead of my email list. I created a CTA button and I want to have it as a "pop up" on my site instead of embedding the button on the site. I've tried to use MuseThemese Popups Pro Widget but I'm not getting any luck.

Any suggestions?
