Link <blocked> by Muse

I have a FORM that has to be Secure.
Muse has edited my link and BLOCKED it using the following code:

         <a class="block" href="https://my-link.com/apply-now.html"><!-- Block link tag --></a>

         <p id="u21565-3"><a class="nonblock" href="https://my-link.com/apply-now.html" data-href="page:U528"><span id="u21565">Apply Now!</span></a>

A similar Link works on any other page except the Home or Index.html page.

Why is Muse blocking my link?

This is the first I am hearing about such a limitation. Can you provide us with more information on how you are trying to incorporate this form into Adobe Muse so that we can try to reproduce this issue at our end and let you know?

I have manually forced it to work, by editing the link in Dreamweaver.
