Link to outside page won't work right

Hello. I have a buy tickets box on my website that includes a box and some text. For some reason it won't open to the link I have it as now but as an old link. It works right when I preview it but not in the web browser. I've tried doing a new box and text, uploading the entire website again. Nothing seems to work. Does anyone have an ideas?
