looking to download MUSE 15.1

I'm trying to recover an old muse 15.1 website.  I need to download 15.1 to my new PC.  Anyone know where a direct download link can be found?

ProDesign Tools still has links to old installers but you must follow the VERY IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS on that page or it won't work.   Adobe may remove these at anytime.

Not incidentally, Muse is discontinued which means you need a paid Creative Cloud All Apps plan to use it.
