Hello
i'm learning to use Muse but i don't find guides on how to male from zero buttons like facebook or Twitter logos with different states (normal or mouse passage)
Perhaps not definitely Photoshop. But they are made with a similar vector or pixel editing applications like Illustrator or Photoshop.
You may use icon collections which you easily can find in the web, like http://www.flaticon.com.

Hi,
From your, description I believe that you are trying to put a facebook or twitter buttons with multiple states in Muse right?
Muse provides you the option to import buttons from File > Place Photoshop Button
You just need to have the .psd file for that. So get the .psd file on the machine that has Adobe Muse installed and use it. (yes you can get that PSD file using USB flash drive, or network sharing)
You can also check the link below that explains more about Importing a Photoshop button in Muse.
Let me know if this works for you.
Regards,
Ankush
