I can't log in my muse :
when I click try again this window pops up
when click continue, back to the first window
Any idea how to run Muse ?

Exactly like I "say" - 1. is the one who is responsible. 4 and 5 only if you are a fully CC subscriber.
From Adobe noone will ever come back - there are only some forum members and former muse users - no adobe employee.
Are you a full CC Member? Do you have a full CC subscription? There´s no other way to use muse.

No because Muse is discontinued and no longer supported.
If you're on a Teams/Enterprise plan, please contact your IT dept for assistance. Your IT admin will need to create a Muse package for you.
If you're an individual plan member, you need to re-subscribe to a paid Creative Cloud ALL apps plan to access discontinued products like Muse and Fireworks.
Failing that, Muse is no longer available.
just to add, the other issue here is BC hosting which is being pulled down as we speak so if you have something hosted with Adobe BC [and want to keep it working] thhen you need to say so now!
