I utilize both mobile and desktop website options. Recently my home page for mobile has been showing up as the desktop version. All other pages display correctly on mobile except for the home page. Any ideas?

Without a link to your site?  No idea.

I'll just say that creating separate pages for mobile and tablet devices is a problem for some browsers because they ignore the re-direct JavaScript.   The default desktop version is all they see.  To avoid those problems, I recommend building one responsive site that adjusts to fit any size web device.   And since Muse is no longer being developed and support is ending in a few months, you might want to consider using Dreamweaver and Bootstrap responsive framework instead of Muse.
