Is there a mobile menu that has:

1. A trigger (like the hamburger menu) that can be pinned to the top of the page AND AND AND

2. A menu that can be scrolled up and down.

I cannot find anything that will do this for Muse.

Ah, I see! I completely misunderstood your intention!

I thought, you want a menu, which slides within a box like the content of this page in your browser window.

What you are looking for, is a menu, which slides into the browser window, when clicking a trigger.

Here you find a.muse file with some more or less similar menus, which are build with standard Muse tools.

And here are some of uncountable 3rd party widgets: https://musewidgets.com/collections/all/menu

Hello tl,

If I understood the query correct, you want a hamburger menu to pin in the top and only the menu box could be scrolled up and down, right?

I am afraid that this isn't possible in Muse.

And didn't even find any third party widget for your request.

I invite other experts fotoroeder if they have any insights on this.

Regards,

Ankush

I must admit, I have no clue about that: A menu button that is pinned and a menu that scrolls?

If you cannot live with Günter Heißenbüttel advice, show us what you want. How big is your menu supposed to be, that it needs scrolling?

Something like this won’t be a viable alternative?

Here you find the corresponding .muse file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/3fo7agtbs4bh271/pinned-multi-menu.muse?dl=0

Something like at

http://www.telegraaf.nl

Google Actualités

https://laravel-news.com/

https://www.newscientist.com/section/news/

and even this page itself: Re: Mobile menu with trigger pinned to top but menu that can be scrolled?  has a mobile menu that will work.

The menu sticks to the top of the window, and the pop-out menu can be scrolled.  I like that!  Maybe I just make a simple white page with links only, and have the hamburger button link to that very light (and thus quick) page.  Thus if someone clicks the hamburger, they will actually be taken to a new page with just links....

The – in my personal opinion – most reliable ones you can see here: https://www.muse-themes.com/collections/adobe-muse-widgets/menu-navigation (these require a one-year-subscription)
