Mobile Navigation Collapse

Hello I am trying to figure out how I can modify my navigation to collapse upon clicking any element within it. I have used the accordian widget in the past on multi-page sites with no issues, but this site is a single page layout. Therefore the navigation links are anchor tags. Upon clicking a specific anchor tag the composition widget stays open until you click the "x" icon at the top.

Is there a trick I can use to have the composition collapse upon clicking an element within the target? I have attached a screen shot of the composition (nav) open and closed for your viewing. Any help and suggestions are appreciated!

Thanks

Could it be, that you aren’t really aware of the capabilities of Muse’s standard menu? Just have a look:

Believe me: This is only a fraction of the possible configurations!

… and here you find a .muse file demonstrating the technique: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vpvw5846ah9blxg/multimedia-menu.muse?dl=1

(By the way: There already existed plans for a complete renewal of Muse’s menu widgets, but the „End of Life“ proclamation was faster …)

It seems as if "Typo Michael" has come up with a great option for a mobile navigation which uses the featured news widget along with a menu widget placed within the target. Further details can be found within this thread

Re: Accordion menu collapse on click?

It still has one small attribute that I wish I could alter and that is the ability to close the target (by selecting the "hamburger" or "x") without selecting a nav/anchor link.

Dani tried to get something worthwhile added to Muse before the end but was not allowed to tell anyone that Adobe had pulled the plug and they wanted tracking codes added which html doesn't allow for so we never got a phone menu widget
