Mobile/Tablet views are not working

I am uploading my website to godaddy.com using the Upload to FTP Host function in Adobe Muse. The desktop view works fine but the mobile and tablet views are not working. Also I have tried uploading the HTML files and no luck. I have read through feeds and they all say that the program will do it automatically for you. I believe they used the words "behind the scenes". Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Did you set the checkmark here, I assume you use adaptive design:

So lift up the curtain, only you could do this, I guess .
