Mobile version not working with GoDaddy?

I have a customer whose domains are registered with GoDaddy and I host his sites with Netfirms. I created his websites in Muse CC2018 and the desktop versions work fine but the mobile versions aren't showing up on mobile devices.

Customer's site: www.americanboardbuilders.com points to www.fullforcegraffics.com/abb/

I figure this is an issue with GoDaddy because when I'm on my phone and type in www.fullforcegraffics.com/abb/ the mobile version of the site shows up and works fine. When I type in www.americanboardbuilders.com I get the desktop version. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hey Flopspop,

The problem is because your site has been embedded in a <freameset> of your original site - http://www.fullforcegraffics.com/abb/

You can resolve this issue by simply reaching your host and ask them to remove the site from <frameset>.

Instead, ask them to put a normal redirection to your site and that should help with your issue.

Ankush

Works great on my mobile. What does not "work" on your side?

On a larger breakpoint I see this, though:

Check this by using the scrubber:

Bildschirmfoto 2018-05-27 um 21.02.23.png

I checked on Huawei P10.

On www.fullforcegraffics.com/abb/ there´s the T from PROMINENT in the second line which might not be intended.

Best Regards,

Uwe

Thanks for the response Uwe. My apologies, just to clarify, when I'm on my mobile device and go to www.americanboardbuilders.com instead of getting the mobile version I get the desktop version of the site. However, the www.fullforcegraffics.com/abb/ mobile version shows up just fine. So I'm wondering why the www.americanboardbuilders.com isn't showing the mobile version.

Like I said, both sites show up pretty well on my mobile phone.
