I bought a new computer (see specs).
I'm trying to install MUSE ASAP as I'm starting a new project.
Unfortunately, the app won't start as you can see in the enclosed pictures.
It launches, and just disappear after the grey screen...without any notification.
I tried to reset, adobe creative cloud. I downloaded all the other updates of the apps (2017 and co...)
I also tried to delete everything from another administrator account and reinstall it, but it's still not working.
Any idea on what I should do?
May I ask how long did you wait? To me it looks like the starting screen from muse - but as you did no projects with it so far on this computer with this app, there´s no projcet listed - I just guess.
Did you try to start with a new project? Did you try to open a already existing project?

But it crashes by itself after 2s... I tried to open an existing file from another Hardisk. It crashes at the same moment...
Does this happen to Muse only or does this happen to all CC-Apps?
You may need some help via sharing your computer to Adobe Support, I`m afraid. This could only happen from Monday, unfortunately. No way for me to help except all you did already. Sorry …

Nobody should be using Muse for new projects. Muse sites are already starting to fail because the software hasn't been updated in over 2 years.
