Muse contact-form - block name or eMail !?

Hello,

a question about Adobe Muse, if you have a contact form on your site - is it possible to block a name or e-mail address in Muse?

I have a permanent spammer (with the same name & email) who send Spam via the contact-form, would be great if there might be a possibility directly in Muse

to prevent the sending of the contact form (e.g. by blocking a name or an email address).

If someone has a tip or a good idea - I'm very thankful for every hint!

eine Frage zu Adobe Muse, wenn man ein Kontakt-Formular hat - kann man in Muse evtl. direkt irgendwo/irgendwie einen Namen oder E-mail-Adresse blockieren!?

Ich habe seit einiger Zeit einen permaneten Spammer der regelmässig (mit gleichem Namen & eMail) über das Kontaktformular nervt, wäre toll wenn es evtl. direkt

in Muse eine Möglichkeit gäbe das Absenden des Kontaktformular zu unterbinden (z. B. via blockieren eines Namens oder einer eMail-Adresse).

Falls jemand dazu einen Tipp oder eine gute Idee hat - bin für jeden Hinweis sehr dankbar!

Muse can’t do this. But it should be possible using your hosting provider’s configuration tools.

You should be using some spam prevention in your forms.  Google's reCaptcha ver 2 app with the checkbox for "I'm not a Robot" is a popular spam deterrent.

If the spammer is human, you should be able to block their IP address at the server level.

In my experience with muse contact forms. I would suggest using a third-party contact form provider (jotform, wufoo) are just two. The platform is fantastic, and no delay with email sending/receiving!

thank you - at first I will try it with Recaptcha directly in Muse,

if it don't work well - I will try your way (via wuffo or jotform).
