Muse does not open on a new MS Surface

Hi, I Installed Muse 2018 on my new MS Surface. The initial graphic shows up and then the grey box of the application loads and crashes in under 10 seconds.

I have uninstalled and resinstalled the application a few times but still does not work. 

Please help.

Which Windows 10 do you have?

Did you check for compatibility yet?

Keep in mind that Muse is End of Life.  With support ending in less than 50 days, it will never be updated for newer devices.

One other thing to try.  Disconnect from the Internet before you launch Muse.  If all goes well, re-connect to the Internet.
