Muse File - not supported file format

I'm a muse designer and I have a problem opening my muse file. It says it's not a supported file format. Can you please help me? I can send you the muse file I have, just let me know where to send you

You can send it via dropbox, wetransfer (this way it gets unreachable after 7 days)  or CC. If you prefer  private, click my avatar and send via private email.

Is it a newer muse and you use an older version (have no idea how this should happen).
