Muse for Intranet

Hi guys,

can I use Muse for Intranet? And is it possible to link Muse to a data server so you can open and edit the files directly from the Intranet??

That entirely depends on your server settings and what the administrator allows plus the security settings of the browswers. Otherwise your idea barely has any merit - for the workflows you describe you would have to link each file manually because that's all that Muse does, you have no way of keeping track of versions and revisions and a million other things. That entirely depends on your server settings and what the administrator allows plus the security settings of the browswers. Otherwise your idea barely has any merit - for the workflows you describe you would have to link each file manually because that's all that Muse does, you have no way of keeping track of versions and revisions and a million other things. Even the simplest bit of info on the web frontend will have to be added manually, which generally is not why people use Intranet software. The whole point is for things to be automatic. So no, Muse is just a bad idea for all of this and depending on the size of the company would be totally unsuitable even for lesser tasks.
