Muse FTP does not recognized my use /password

Since las Muse up date (Muse CC)  I can not load files or up dated the webs Muse says does not recognized my user / password

Please help

are you sure it says Muse doesn't recognize ... or ftp host does not recognize because thats an important difference

Hi,

For some reasons, your screenshots aren't displaying here.

However, could you please do the following test for us to see if your credentials or correct.

Try to install any third party client like Cyberduck or Filezilla, and try to connect it with your current FTP credentials.

Let us know how it goes.
