Hi,
Why have Adobe dropped LiveChat, at least this was a quicker way to get an answer? Why is it large companies seem unwilling to have direct contact with their customers? My client is now contacting a Wordpress company, hoping they can sort this out. I would love to hear from someone at Adobe as I really need to resolve this asap.
I've set up Desktop, Phone and Tablet layouts for a client, all work well except the Tablet, which when viewed on the clients Samsung SM-T560 Android (Version 4.4.4) shows the Phone layout, NOT the Tablet. When they view it on their iPads it works fine.
At first I thought it was an issue with the Samsung's screen resolution, but a friend tested the trial site URL on his spare Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and it worked fine. However my client has a Samsung T560 running KitKat 4.4.4 and this tablet diverts to the Phone site created, rather than calling up the Tablet art. Both my friends Galaxy Tab 2 and my clients T560 have the same screen res, so this obviously isn't an issue.
Is there a Muse Bug/problem with slightly older Operating System Software? Obviously Adobe Muse cannot be expected to work with seriously old Operating Systems/computers, but my clients Samsung really isn't that old ie 2015. Surely there must be a simple way around this issue?

There was recently a very good advice from Ussnorway to put different buttons for each device and link to it.
So this:
links to www.yourdomain/tablet and so on … understand?
You should be aware of what is mentioned here by Günter Heißenbüttel : pixel - what is display's logical resolution? - Stack Overflow
I assume you use adaptive layout instead of responsive?

Would it be possible for you to share the URL of your site, as also the screen resolution of your device?
Also, have you tried testing using the landscape mode? How does it appear?
Thanks,
Preran

Hi Preran,
The Muse trial site URL is: http://artincoachingtabletdraf.businesscatalyst.com<http://artincoachingtabletdraf.businesscatalyst.com/>
This is for the Tablet. My client has a Samsung T560 Android Version KitKat 4.4.4 and it either doesn't load or loads the Phone version – the trial site link for the Phone is: http://artartincoachingdraft080217.businesscatalyst.com<http://artartincoachingdraft080217.businesscatalyst.com/>
I've got a friend who tested it on his spare Samsung Galaxy Tab 210.1 P5110 and his works fine.
I've looked online for the screen display resolution on a Samsung T560 and it's 1280 x 800pxls, and this is the same as my friends Samsung Tab 210.
As for landscape mode, not sure about my friends Tab 210. The client as mentioned above doesn't see it at all, so that answers that.
And as for iPads, looks and works lovely on mine in portrait and landscape mode. The screen resolution for my iPad is 2048 x 1536pxls. (Makes me wish that all mobile devices were Mac!)
Thanks!
