Hi guys,
Currently, my client is struggling to access the Muse In-Browser editing correctly, this is a screenshot of what they get:
The website just doesn't load up essentially. From my side of the fence using Google Chrome I can log in and see the website no problem and make edits, does anyone have ideas on what could be causing the problem on my client's side?

Which browser does your client try to use? It should in any way to most updated browser version.
I told my client to use chrome instead of explorer, for example.
