I would like to have a look into your issue. I would be helpful if you answer below few questions to drill down the issue.

As you have mentioned that Muse every time you are trying to edit something on your website. does it happen with

Does it happen with a particular file or any file you are working with?

Since when you are facing this issue?

Also, tell me the version of Muse and Operating system installed on your computer.

It crashes when ever I try to edit a text box or an image, I am running the current version of muse on a Mac desktop with the latest software.

I found Muse crashed on a site updated from and older version to 2017.1 - it seemed to be the accordion widgets which had to be updated for the new versions which I understand are now responsive. Once I updated those it worked fine. Running on iMac 27" with Sierra...
