Muse Landing Page or Loader

Hey, guys

I wanna know how to make like this page.

I'm not sure that it's a Landing page or Preloader or redirect page

but one thing is it's auto transition change to the next page and it's use the same http, i mean when refresh the website it's always back to the landing page.

This page is done from a very experienced coder, I guess together with a great designer (maybe in one person).

No muse could ever do this. Sorry. (not talking about the movies).

Actually, I used Wix for my web design but recently, i found Muse which is more interesting.

So, could you tell me which one is better.

I should back to use Wix or create the new website with Muse.

Listen to your heart, mate .

I had a look at Wix, too once, but creating  websites, hosting and so on, let me do it with muse.

Muse is not easy with no experience – some people recommend to use it for UX purposes only and hire a coder/do the code themself.
