Muse menu widget causes full page reload on navigation

I created a very basic web page.  Four blank pages.  Master page has a rectangle at the top of page set to full browser width.

I add a horizontal menu widget with defaults.  (creates for main menu items for the four pages)

If I preview the site in a browser (Chrome), Any click on a menu button causes the whole screen to refresh/blink

I have now tried using state buttons on the master page with respective hyperlinks to other pages.  Screen still flashes when changing pages...

This is a fresh download of Muse (05/28/2019)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Export as HTML and import to Dreamweaver. In most cases this works.

This is strange. Could you please share your .muse file with us? Then we can have a look.

Just upload it to Dropbox, CC Files or a similar file sharing service and post the download link here.

Never noticed that.

This page-wise redraw happens to all master page elements, when there is one master page element, which is set to „Stretch to Browser Width“.

Since Muse is declared „End of Life“, there is unfortunately no way to circumvent this issue.

Is there a way to import my site into Dream Weaver so I don't have to recreate from scratch?
