Spent hours with Adobe support and no one can tell me why file will not export from Muse for HTML. I have been using the software for years and maintain over 50 sites using Muse. Now cannot do anything and the best thing the support person could offer was to reload the software..... of course that did not work.
I contacted support and got an answer right away. Try this:
1) In Muse click Help
2) Sign out
3) Close Muse and CC
4) Open CC and log back in
5) Open Muse and log back in
6) Try exporting again and it should work

I too am experiencing the "Muse wont export to HTML" problem. I have tried the "Sign out, Close Muse, Close CC...etc" solution above and it doesn't make a difference. I also do not have the Proxima Nova Alt ( or any variation thereof ) used on my site.
Any other ideas or suggestions?

Make sure you check all breakpoints - I was having the same issue but I missed one instance of Proxima Nova Alt in a smaller breakpoint. Just a suggestion.

In addition to what amaldonado said.
It might be possible that the font is still there in the submit message If you are using any form on the page.
Kindly check for all the above possibilities.
If you are still facing issues, kindly contact support or share the link for the Muse file.

Ankush

Same error here - "export to HTML" stopped at 28%, no error message. Log out, log in, app restart did not work. I then started the "file" "add/remove web fonts" dialog, saw the pop up for adding webfonts and just closed it again.
"HTML export" worked fine after doing just that.
Seems to me like an problem accessing the typekit library online

IMO nobody should be using Muse at this point. It's no longer fit for purpose. That's why Adobe discontinued it.

No Nancy, the other way round is correct: Adobe discontinued Muse, and therefore it is no longer fit for purpose."
Nevertheless: For tons and tons of sites of sites it still is "fit for purpose".

I don't agree. It's not a question of IF things will stop working. It's a matter of WHEN. Meanwhile, the people who have moved to other software are in a much better place than those who haven't.

I don't use MUSE to build websites, but have been using it to create intanet pages.
The issue was solved by rebuilding the page.
Thank you.

What exactly is the difference between building websites and creating internet pages?

I think schnackelnyc meant Intranet (a corporate network or LAN).

That might be ;-)) - but browsers are the same? Or is it something else? Never did anything in intranet.
