Muse not loading Plan view, crashes

Muse 2017.1 is not always loading webpages in Plan view. The first page image shows, the rest of the pages are blank. This is random. Sometimes all the pages do load in Plan view. When it does not load the Plan view, it will then crash.

Uninstalling and reinstalling several times has not resolved the issue. Is there any extraneous files that may be corrupted that remain when uninstalling?

A few questions to help us get started

- Was this project working fine in the previous version of Muse?

-  If  you have a backup copy of your file, can you try installing the previous version and opening your project? Download and install Creative Cloud apps

- - If you have any third party widgets of HTML code on your site, can you try removing them one by one to see if it helps?

- You can try downloading the prerelease build of Adobe Muse http://adobe.ly/2cX7wIN and see if your site opens correctly.
