Muse Phone Child pages not reflecting Master when Published

Hi...I have created a web mage with Muse. The desktop site seems fine. I made a phone site and all is good except child pages when published. Looks good in preview though. Its gardencityaud.com. Any thoughts?

the contact page has the image | form above the menu so people can't click anything but the top of "home"

the hearing aid links all point to the desktop layout instead of the phone layout

if you have a footer its covered and doesn't display but these are simple to test | fix
