Hi there,
I'm trying to publish a website created on Adobe Muse to Business Catalyst (first time, never tried before), but Muse crashes when I click on "Publish > Business Catalyst". Any idea how I could fix the problem?

Thanks for sending me your .muse file, however, it works well at my end!
Did you try exporting your site as HTML and is it working?
If this also doesn't work try disabling the firewall from your system.
If it goes well send your complete Muse file without deleting anything.

Can you try solution 2 in this article, "Unknown Server Error" when logging in to Adobe Creative Cloud , sign back into CC and Muse, and let us know if that helped?

Thanks for your answer. I've tried your solution this morning, though I've already tried a similar solution (renaming the "OOBE" folder to "OOBE_old"), none of them works...
I'm wondering: could it be a problem with my workplace's firewalls?

Hi Laure,
Just to check whether it is an issue with Business Catalyst or Muse file or the export process can you please try exporting it as HTML and see if it works.
Also, would you mind sharing your .muse file with us so that we can investigate and try fixing it?
