Ive been working on a website quotationmarkquotationmark.com for a while for a friend. However now that I have come to publish it I’m having an issue with the smoothness of the scroll effects on some browsers and devices.
The sideways scroll effect on the strips is meant to stay in the same position with the cover as you scroll down. however it jumps around and looks messy on some browsers.
Is there a patch I can do with the HTML or JS? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
