Muse SFTP upload does not work

Hello,
My provider has switched from FTP to SFTP and now I can not upload the homepages with Muse anymore. The support only sent me the links that I already had and no solutions. With the option it shows with FTP only >> "?" <<

with SFTP only a >> crossed out circle <<

and with FTP over SSL ( with both options) also  only >> "?" <<

I also tried all combinations with all modes (EPSV or PASV).

It does not succeed upload.

Why does Muse show me these question marks >>? <<

It also indicates >> Server is not responding in time, FTP may not be supported on this server [Connection terminated after 15000 milliseconds of waiting time]

Does anyone have any advice?

Hi docws,

Just for troubleshooting purposes, can you try using Filezilla FileZilla - The free FTP solution and let us know if you were able to get through?

I had to change the server address (the provider had changed it) - then also the upload despite only FTP display was possible
