Muse Trial Freezes [Branched from Crashing]

The seven day trial of Adobe Muse, downloaded yesterday, freezes whenever a dialog such as site properties is opened.  The dialog box is a small portion of the full dialog expected.  It cannot be closed and task manager must be used to close the application.  The computer is running the latest update of Windows 10.

Without resolving this, the trial of Muse will end and it will not be subsrcribed to.

* how much ram and what g-card + any special networks; proxy, firewall, Vmware | hyper-v?

are you perhaps using a trial verson of Muse to open a old Muse file?
