my client did some changes with inbrowsing. but when i oben the file in muse it seem, that muse will analyse the index.html. but nothing happens.
I also can not put the changes together or check them.

When you click Creative Cloud, you will be taken to the section where you can choose Adobe Muse. Then select, Troubleshoot, and from the panel that opens, choose "Show me more options"
Select Call or Chat based on what is convenient with you.

If I understood right, she is not able to reach the muse logo. There´s no muse logo. Is that right, Ursula?

yes, you're right. click on more options i get this:
click on less options (last button on the right site) i get this.
click on "weiter" i get this. i ca'nt click on the chat button because there is no option to choose muse.

detail informations of this case:



i opend a 2017 version file that never touched the 2018 version in 2017. then i made chances in inbrowsing. the synchronisation works!


ok. so i tried an other file wich i made in version 2017 and opend it in version 2017. the muse file synchronized the index.html and recognized the changes. but the layout also changed in the mean time so muse ca'nt put the changes together. ok. i dont expect
that. but when i open the file in version 2018 the index.html-synchronisation suddenly stuck.


i also tried to open the 2018 file in 2017 version, saved it in the older version and upload all the files on the host. then i made changes in inbrowsing and opend the file again in version 2017. same synchronisation problem.



so every file wich is ever opend and saved in version 2018 there is the synchronisation problem!
all sites are on different host, different providers. it happend on different laptops wich different networks.
IT IS A 2018 VERSION PROBLEM!


i need a solution. please.
