Muse warning

Hey, can someone explain me what these warnings mean and what i have to do?

2 Warnings
Form PERSONAL INFORMATION is configured with an email address of k.van.de.sande@sintlucasedu.nl, which does not match the server name oneapparel.nl. Some hosting providers refuse to send emails from email addresses on different hosts. If submitting your form does not send email as expected, change the first email address listed in your Muse form to an address on oneapparel.nl and try again.
Connection to PHP file failed. Unable to check if this web server supports PHP needed by Muse forms. Be sure the site URL entered in the FTP upload dialog is correct

As it says: contact your hosting platform/company in order to get help.

Change E-Mail Adress as suggested from "k.van.de.sande@sintlucasedu.nl" to the one from oneapparel.nl (like info@… or mail@… or contact@….

You have to contact the hosting because of the php error you got.

Despite what Uwe said, this is not something your hosting provider can fix. 

If you're not receiving e-mail from your contact form script, you will need to create a new e-mail account on your hosting server.  Most hosting plans come with at least 5 e-mail accounts.

Change the first e-mail address listed in your Muse form to an address on oneapparel.nl and try again.

Alternatively, use a 3rd party contact form service like Wufoo.com or JotForms.  Embed the code they give you into your Muse page.  Form data is processed by their servers, not yours.  So you can use any e-mail address you wish.

As the alert says:

1. Some hosting providers don’t allow by server-side email configurations to receive emails and send them to an email address, which isn’t hosted on their own server (= spam prevention).

2. To check, if your hosting server is prepared to handle email contact, enter this line in your browser’s address field:

http://my-site.com/scripts/form_check.php ("my-site" = your site address)

and press Return.

If you receive green check marks all is ok. If not, you should contact your provider.
