Muse will not launch!

Hi, my subscription to CC has not expired - it's a full subscription. It says that Muse is compatible with my computer. However, when ever I launch the application, it starts to load and then just disappears. No error message or nothing. Any solution? I'm in the process of transitioning to a different platform, but I still need to make updates to my website in the meanwhile.
