Ever since I upgraded my Mac software to Mac OS High Sierra10.13.1 Muse has forgotten all the login info for my websites when uploading via ftp. And when I retype the info and click the store credentials box it doesn't remember them..... Anyone got any ideas how to fix please!!
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the application!

Hey bobsybob,
Are you on Mac or Windows? Have you changed computers or hard drives, or upgrading your operating system since the last FTP upload when the credentials were remembered?
Muse uses encrypted storage in your user account on your computer to store your FTP credentials. Your FTP credentials are not stored in the .muse file.
Therefore if the .muse file is moved to a different computer or used from a different user account on the same computer, the FTP credentials will not be available.
Depending on the security settings on your computer, the operating system may display a dialog asking whether to allow Muse to access your keychain/encrypted storage.
If you answer, no, the FTP credentials will not be available.
Regards,
Ankush

Thank you for your response Ankush. I am using a mac, and yes I have just upgraded the operating system. A dialog box did appear I believe and unfortunately I think I may have pressed the incorrect response. Is there a way of getting the dialog box to appear again or another work around so it will allow Muse to access my keychain/encrypted storage?
