My mobile site is displaying in Google search results (on a desktop)

Hello,

I have noticed my mobile website is displaying on desktop Google search results, and when clicked goes to the mobile site.

As you can see I have the https://www.bulletplanner.com.au/phone/index.html

I have tried resubmitting the /phone site to Google Webmaster Tools last week however nothing has changed, any suggestions?

Also on a side note I also receive these error about my mobile site in Webmaster Tools - any suggestions to fix these would be awesome too!

It usually takes time for changes done by Google to get reflected. I do not have an answer to your question, but have a look at the following links for insights
