My muse site does not let me upload call ad in google adwords

I´m having a problem. I create a call ad on google adwords and they are rejecting my ad. Already talked with google and they told me that in my site I have to register the number to be called. Already did that part. But my ad is still rejected. What can I do, or in where is my mistake?

Btw it´s in all the sites I have created in Muse

IMO there is more going on here than just the default Muse code.

Who is hosting this site? Probably next step would be checking out with them.

My host is Bluehost Mexico. What should I said to them?

Please check them if the phone is properly registered with the site and also if there isn't any blocker from their end.
