My scroll effects have stopped working

if I put all 0's in to the controls my elements stay in place, if I try to apply any motion control other than 0 the images freeze at the starting point of the move. has only started doing this since last up-grade.

If you want to make a Scroll Effect (Parallax) Make Sure that you put the Initial And the Final Line Elements in the Exact position of your motion,
