How can I have my website enabled again.  I created and hosted using the muse software.

Which website? What link? Temporarily disabled? Has probably nothing to do with Muse but with your hosting company.

Beware of fake Adobe reps who may reach out to you privately offering to sell you something or take control of your computer. It's a scam, run away!

As @fotoroeder said, you need to contact your web hosting provider.   Your question has nothing to do with Muse.
