OAM Pinning Bug

I just want to confirm a bug in Muse 2018: A Placed animation (.oam) will not center horizontally.

I have tried Fixed Width, Fluid Width, Pin to Browser, single breakpoint, and a dozen other combinations. Nothing works.

Pin to Browser will move the animation to the top of the browser window and to the bottom. However, it just refuses to pin to the horizontal center.

Can someone please confirm this with a simple animation test?
