one button two parts

Hello,

I have a button on the page. The button is divided into two parts: icon and inscription.

Rollover of the icon changes its transparency, rollover of the inscription widens it.The question - how to make the icon appear on the icon and vice versa?

Both elements are directed to the same subpage.
