ouverture de muse

Je n'arrive plus à ouvrir le logiciel muse sur mon pc. 

Quelqu'un aurait il une solution. merci

1. Do you have a paid Creative Cloud All Apps plan? 
2. Do you have a computer user profile with administrative permissions?
3. If you do have a paid all apps plan, try logging out of Creative Cloud, restart your computer and log-in again with your paid ID and password.
4. Also disconnect your computer from the Internet BEFORE you launch Muse.
