It would be nice to create you're own shortcuts for Muse.
The same you can do in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.

I have to make al lot Anchor's in my websites.

And now I have to choose the option every time out of the menu.

So I want to create my own shortcut for the option 'Insert Link Anchor'

As an already available alternative, you can click multiple times on the Anchor tool to 'load' e.g. 10 anchors, and then 'shoot' them on the locations where you need them. Just like loading and placing multiple images.
