I made a site using Adobe Muse a few months ago and all went very well. However, I hadn't created a responsive site so I went back into the Muse files and added breakpoints for tablet and phone screen sizes. The previews work beautifully. I upload the site to test it on different screens but the only content that shows is the background color. What am I missing??
Thanks in advance!
Jean
Despite the fact that it might be a server problem.
Your site doesn`t really need the fluid width breakpoints. As you run in problems on every breakpoint for every page I recommend to use fixed width breakpoints.
For your "SAM THE CAT WITHOUT A TAIL you used a text box. I recommend to use either a rectangle to place a picture or a frame.
It is even a textblock within a textblock (OMG ).
I suggest as mentioned here to use an approach like this:
It is only one page and its master. It gives yo

The uploaded site not showing content. Or do you mean upload the Muse files?

Well, in your original thread you show us 2 screenshots and write that content doesn`t show online after adding breakpoints.
Help us to help you .
Upload your "not showing content" site to BC as a provisional website, then we can talk further, I hope.

It does not help. Requires muse file.
UPD:I see big letters in your link. This is unacceptable and is probably the cause of your problem.

no not really...
try this;
1 open Muse site and "save as" to make a seperate copy you can play with.
2. set Muse back to Publish onto Business Catalyst then press 'publish' to make a new test site on Adobe BC
3. link the url (to this site on Adobe BC) here so we can look at it
the host server you have now is very picky about tings like capitals (as pointed out) and having a seperate test site on Adobe bc will help sort out what errors are caused by your design and which ones are made by your host server.

link above is the BC upload. It looks fine there.
Regarding the all caps part of the directory, I've tried it using a different host (godaddy) and it still didn't work. But I will try again without caps.
Thanks everyone!!

you need a little more work on some of the text boxes to stop them stacking on top of each other imo but overall the site looks pretty good mate on Adobe BC

Thank you so much for getting back to me. I definitely have a lot more work to do with the breakpoints.
However, my real problem is that the site won't show up online apart from on BC. When I upload to the client's site, the content does not appear at all. It only shows the blue color of the background.
Does anyone have any insight on this issue? I'm at a loss!
TIA

Did you follow Ussnorway´s and Pavel Homeriki ´s advice with the ftp-server, with the capitals and so on?
Also, as mentioned before, give as a .muse and we can have a closer look.
Seems like a server issue.

I did a test without using the capitals in the directory. I also have tested on two different servers (not including BC which worked)
I suppose I should contact the server next.
I want to attach a .muse but can't figure out how on this forum. Sorry, I am new to the forum!

You have to use dropbox or share it via CC (as a subscriber from Muse you also can use CC to share files):

I`ll have a look but I guess, best will be to contact the provider.
I really hope for you they have personal live telephone support.
Maybe, finally, you have to move to another provider.

It does not solve the issue with your provider, though

Thank you for the design feedback! That is helpful.
I'm trying to contact the server with no response. Fingers crossed that they will get back to me.
Thanks everyone for your input.

As I recommended, insist on a telephone support and do not let them go without direct call. It will take too much time with mail support.
You might have to wait hanging in the line but normally it´s worth waiting.

Please provide a link about the malfunction. Your screenshots just show, that you added some breakpoints but not what happens when you move (scrubber) or click to the next breakpoint.
You know that you have to change the layout in every breakpoint?

Perhaps you did not upload your preview site to the correct directory.
I can view the site here Home [[http://glorialintermans.com/index.html]]
But there are no files in this path [[http://glorialintermans.com/PREVIEW/index.html]]

I am renewing this question because it is still not resolved. I've been in touch with the server and they have no idea. Here's my original question:

Could you provide a link? We have some coders here who may have a look at the source code.
Is it the same link as above? It dose´t seem so.
Thanks and best Regards,
Uwe

<meta name="generator" content="2017.0.4.363" />
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0" />
I can see the difference in version you took : 2017.0.2.363 versus 2017.0.4.363
But I am not a coder, there´s even a version where I get warned "Some Files on Server may be missing …)
I hope somebody is watching the code and has an idea.

You may be on to something! I am not a coder either so I'm not sure how to interpret this. Definitely open to feedback from anyone out there.
Thanks!
