Parallax Scrolling with New Muse CC Responsive Design

Hello,

I realize that Scrolling Effects do not (yet) work with multiple breakpoints in the new Muse CC. So, my question is this:

Is there a way to create a parallax scrolling background image in the new Muse CC with multiple breakpoints?

Thanks in advance.

Totally new and very promising:

Scroll Animations - Scroll Motion Effects - Plugins | CodeCanyon

Thanks Peter. However, as stated, I already knew that scroll effects only works with a page with no real breakpoints and that you would have to create multiple pages/layouts to get it down. However, I was asking if there is a way, without using scroll effects, to do parallax scrolling. I am guessing the answer is NO until the "nut" is cracked. Or I might just have to export the HTML, open it in Dreamweaver, and add the parallax code there. I was just hoping there as some box to check for parallax or something I had missed.

Thanks, though.

I'm just gonna throw an idea, and I'm not sure if it works:

Doing the parallax effect in Animate and adding it to Muse.
