I have a big problem. I made a site for a client and when he puts an image of his menu on the site, the image is pixelated on the vesion telephone.

How can I prevent re-ordering of the image?

Normally, there are no image quality losses, if you use Muse correctly. Here you find two links, which deal with this issue quite deeply:

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2371157

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1793996

Two annotations:

  1. If you have responsive pages, Muse only is able to control the image quality at the breakpoints. The quality while scaling the browser window between the breakpoint is not under Muse’s control and depends on the browser’s and/or operating system’s capabilities.
  2. As Muse optimises images per breakpoint to reduce loading times, zooming the browser view evidently will show not the optimal image quality.

If these informations don’t help, please give us

  1. a sample .muse file with only one page and nothing but one(!) image and
  2. the original(!) image.

Then we can have a closer look. You may upload these two files to Dropbox or a similar file sharing service and post the download link here.

Additionally, it is better, to use vector images instead of pixel images, whenever possible. Vector images (SVGs) stay crisp and sharp regardless of their actual size.
