Preview failed because Adobe couldn't make connection to HTTP???

Hey all, I am receiving the following error when I go to preview my website:

I went to System Preference, then Security and Privacy to make sure Adobe can make connections, yet I still get this error. Can someone help me with this? By the way, I'm using a MacBook. Thanks!

Did you also tried a restart? This normally is not necessary, but …
