Problème avec export HTML et téléchargement vers FTP

Excusez-moi mais je n'ai pas trouvé de forum en français. J'essaye de faire une mise à jour sur mon site internet. malheureusement le téléchargement vers hote FTP comme l'export HTML ne fonctionnent pas.
