Problem When Starting Adobe Muse

There was a problem with running Muse. Installed Muse through the Adobe Creative Cloud, at startup the start bar reaches 1/3 and stops and nothing happens. What could be the reason? Has anyone encountered such a problem? And, are there any solutions?
