Problem with adobe muse on opening

Hello,

I allow myself to ask the community because I have just reinstalled Adobe Muse 2018 1.1 on a new computer.
Unfortunately, this one does not want to start.
The program window opens and when opening the home panel, the program crashes.
After several uninstallation and reinstallation, the problem is not resolved.
Do you have a solution?

In addition, no error message or error code appears at the time of the crash.
For information, Muse is installed on a surface book 3 15 inches 32GB of memory with NVIDIA GPU.

Muse is discontinued and no longer supported.  Use at your own risk.

There is a known issue on Win10.  Try disconnecting your device from the Internet BEFORE you launch Muse.  You may reconnect to the Internet when you're ready to upload files.

Thank you for your feedback.

I have noted that Muse is no longer supported but I use this one to make simple updates while transferring our website to Dreamweaver (which we have to learn completely). Our site was created in 2019 with Muse because it is really very easy to use.
I tried to launch Muse without internet, without success.
After research (event observer on windos) the problem comes from the following DLL file which crashed:

PlugPlugOwl.dll

How to solve it.

Good morning all,

For the community and if needed, I solved my problem by copying a more recent version of the file PlugPlugOwl.dll (grabbing from DreamWaever and installing it in the adobe muse program file). The app works perfectly.
