Hey,

I just published my website and encountered a problem with the PHP-form..

It says "Form PHP script is missing from webserver, or PHP is not configured correctly on your web hosting provider. Check if the form PHP script has been uploaded correctly, then contact your hosting provider about PHP configuration."

Please help me with this problem it's urgent 😅

Yours sincerely

Sören

Normally, Muse forms are working very reliable.

Please check this document thoroughly: https://community.adobe.com/t5/Muse/Troubleshooting-Muse-Form-Widgets-Used-on-Third-Party-Servers/td..., especially the last chapter abet PHP check.

If this doesn‘t help, contact your provider or use a third party form supplier like Jotform.

Ask you host if your server supports the  PHP mail () function?

Which version of PHP is installed on your host server?

If you don't know, you can find out very quickly by copying the code below into a plain text editor like Notepad and naming it php_info.php.  Then upload the file to your server and run it from your browser.

<!doctype html>
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>PHP Info</title>
</head>
<body>
<?php phpinfo() ?>
</body>
</html>
