Problem with WayPoint.js CDN

Hi All

I am facing some issues with Waypoint.js CDN however, its working if I use the whole script in page.

I do not have problem using the whole script but, it seem to lag performing the js function once in the viewport.

Do you have any suggestion on using waypoint.js in muse(MuCow) ?
